Setting up holding companies in Argentina for US corporations for tax preferences and managing majority shares to maintain quorum • Providing hands-on leadership in litigation and accounting dispute resolution. Reduced pending labor lawsuits two-fold and recovered almost $50,000.00 in labor and accident claims. Decreased total outside counsel 95% in under one year. • Integrally involved in budgeting, process improvement, and policy development decisions, regarding labor force restructuring
