- Skillfully underwrote Conventional Conforming/Non-Conforming, Jumbo, Niche Products FHA, VA, USDA/RHS & BOND LOANS - Manually underwrote files based on investors guidelines - Supervised a team of 18 underwriters located throughout Texas, Colorado and Tennessee - Held weekly meetings to discuss updated information and loans that presented obstacles - Maintained an active pipeline of 100 or more files per month - Monitored the daily workflow of the underwriters to ensure loans were completed in a timely manner and met SLA (Service Loan Agreement) - Assisted the branches, loan officers and processors with scenarios - Provided one on one training with the underwriters as needed - Performed second review on files above the underwriters lending authority, counter offers or declined files - Maintained an open line of communication with the underwriters, processors and the loan officers - Used Fraud Guard as a tool to detect red flags during the underwriting process - Signing authority up to $1,500,000
