Manage federal grant operations and functions. Report to Governor and federal auditor/grantors for regulatory compliance. Execute revenue and budget accounting operations and reconciled financials. Maintain budgets, financials, and cash flows. Write grants, managed teams, and supported projects. • Supervised, trained, and mentored up to 980 employees to-date. • Annually manages 1 billion dollars to address the financial needs of the organizations
