Responsible for account management as well as new logo acquisition. • Overachieved 2016 quota by 112% • Achieved 127% of quota in 2017 • Secured large new logos; selling millions of dollars of reoccurring revenue for a variety of communication use cases to AOL/OATH, lululemon, Safeway, Restoration Hardware, Liberty University, Mattel • Sold a $125K “Build your own Contact Center” Solution to the Call Center Guys in 9 business days • Solved communication challenges by first understanding these customers’ business problems and then providing solutions that helped them decrease costs, increase revenues and improve communication flows
