Daily Duties at Spec.Rescue International, Inc.:
Full charge accounting including payroll and preparation of documents for company accountant. Analyze financial reports for CEO and COO. Maintain vendor relations and build new relationships. Respond to incoming RFPs for rescue equipment. Process customer requests for equipment from price quote thru invoicing and collections. Work with CEO, CFO, and COO regarding marketing plan including media ads. Responsible for 800 sq. ft. trade show booths including design, logistics, implementation, and staffing. Designed and implemented data management system including paperwork trail, checks and balances, and filing system.
