Daily Duties at Ports America:
After receiving two promotions, Tracy reports directly to the CIO, where she leads the IT Governance, Project Management Office and Analytics teams. Tracy defines and ensures compliance of standards for data, analytics, and project management. Tracy ensures data is both available and valued as a corporate asset that drives value, cost savings, optimization efforts and revenue streams.
