o Led SS7 Data Management operations, working in a 24-hour call rotation capacity o Performed Emergency Call Traces as needed; worked with state or federal police during instances of bomb threats, extensive harassment and missing person cases to decipher suspicious phone numbers by pinging them to the originator and location o Leveraged BRAIN reporting software to produce monthly data; regarded as a BRAIN subject matter expert o Managed space for servers utilizing Unix commands; also resolved server and database issues using PL/SQL- Oracle o Updated and maintained reference tables on servers for daily reporting purposes o Researched call history for a specified phone number within a specific timeframe o Distributed monthly reports per customers’ needs to aid in spending regulation; surpassed monthly goals at 109% o Researched call data based on business need using as SQL queries, MS Access and detail analyses o Maintained departmental information on intranet page o Tested programs and databases to correct errors and make changes conducive to improvement
