• Implement new methods for improving work efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation workstations and equipment and purchase of equipment • Establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop standardized work practices • Develop new manufacturing processes, including layouts, work instruction and training materials and part presentation • Design, purchase, and install equipment, and tooling • Participated in Kaizen workshops to increase productivity while using lean manufacturing to promote a one-piece flow
