Consistent working enhanced on-time delivery by 16% and compacted labor by 12%. Efficiently revamped 5S LEAN and effectively led operations through ISO 13485 certification process. Expertly gained over 80% inventory accuracy rate and realize compliance to FDA QSR to reflect 21CFR82.
