Daily Duties at U.S. Navy:
Captain/Commanding Officer of a U.S. Navy amphibious troop transport. 14,000 DWT, crew of 300 Navy Sailors and up to 400 embarked U.S. Marines. Conducted humanitarian operations in response to the 2010 earthquake in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and naval missions in the Middle East.
