Implemented OnBase system and provided training to HR, Medical Records, and Registration staff in hospitals in proper utilization. Performed system testing prior to usage, identified business requirement and best practices for individual and diverse customer base. Determined and implemented enhancements, developed training guides and quick reference guides for each customer, and created PowerPoints for training each department employing specific requirements needed for system.
