Developing and deploying global CRM, Data Warehouse (DW) and Reporting solutions for EGS. Working in close conjunction with the business and clients, developed and expanded multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Warehouse and Reporting applications including custom and SalesForce.com (SFDC) solutions. Additionally, created newly developed strategy for implementing cutting edge Social CRM solution with key business stakeholders by developing strong relationships with the business and clients. Established methodology for communicating milestones and project status using dashboards for regular updates of critical projects and escalations for heads of business groups and CIO. Results: Business initiatives include over $500M in revenue streams globally.
