Daily Duties at Jc Penney:
Established and directed JCPenney's Oracle Center of Excellence (OCOE) in Plano and Bangalore to develop and deploy state of the art Oracle RMS solution. Working closely with senior IT executives to help transform and optimize the JCPenney IT ERP solution as well as overall architecture. Solutions include replacing legacy solutions, process improvements and overall operation optimizations with Oracle's RMS solution that includes the Perpetual Inventory Stock Ledger (PISL) and maintaining RMS' Item solutions.
