In charge for individual marketing. I use multicultural campaigns with Spanish newspaper, television ad's, grass roots marketing (word of mouth) and festivals. Internet marketing, using different marketing platforms, Matching buyers to proper lenders and counselling on how they can purchase in the future. Seller's helping them sell or prepare to sell by getting the home staged and proper landscaping.
