Daily Duties at Randstat:
Assisted in a call center to aid in the Wisconsin implementation Go live. Assisted End users in primary departments trouble shot behind the scene of Epic issues. Proficient in remote activities and identifying security template builds, service now, PACS, VSPX, VIP, Control Center, Windows 10, Email, visual task boards, Citrix applications, VM software and Skype for business tools, Primary modules supported were Ambulatory, ClinDoc, ASAP, Cadence, Prelude.
