Daily Duties at Insight Global:
Assist end-users in the implementation of new EMR (EPIC) Software. At the Elbow Support. Customer Seervice was crucial with empathy during a very stressful change for the colleagues.Taught individuals work flow techniques while entering patient information. Posted tickets when necessary for issues that were beyond workflow that related to software build or template issues. Assisted troubleshooting techniques when necessary to ensure that the end users were efficiently able to utilize their software.
