Operations-critical Maintenance Manager, tasked with directing plant and facility management operations across 3 different shifts. Led a large maintenance team of 3 First Line Supervisors and 80 skilled and non-skilled hourly personnel. Utilized work order management systems to track maintenance schedules and work orders, establishing priorities for maintenance based on the statuses of plant facilities, systems, and equipment. Key Duties & Achievements: • Developed and implemented an innovative preventive maintenance program. • Re-organized the maintenance department, which led to increased overall productivity.
