Directed and managed all plant maintenance operations, including new construction and expansion projects, facility systems and assets, maintenance budgets, HSE compliance, and emergency planning. Led a management team of Second Line Supervisors, Project Managers and Engineers across plant operations. Key Duties & Achievements: • Completed several largescale, multimillion dollar projects within budgetary and time constraints. • Transformed 27-year old facility from dilapidated state to ‘world class’ building with minimal capital outlay, reducing total costs and overhead. • Developed preventative, routine, and non-routine plant maintenance operations and strategies that ensured minimal manufacturing production downtime.
