Daily Duties at Health Care Service Corporation:
• Collaborated with Provider Community to reconcile more than $1 Billion claims payments • Educated & Trained 20+ large provider groups on moving from a Fee to Service Model to o Value Base Case arrangement • Managed a team of Provider Network Consultants (PNCs)that educated, resolved complex claim issues with the Provider Community resulting in over $500 Million dollars on unpaid claim disputes, claim complaints • Managed more than 25 high profile provider relationships valued at $5 Billion in claims payments • Guided teams successfully through changing environments including new program roll outs, site location moves and departmental restructuring • Developed service strategies around utilizing the Salesforce program to be more cost effective and efficient in servicing the Provider Community by facilitating and delegating expectations between providers (customers) and the organization; through face to face, electronic, and telephonic meetings; help align with internal systems/process to better bring into line customer synergy • Established & maintained relationships with individuals at various levels in the organization, cross-functional teams, including the Executive Level on various work streams; regulating meetings and projects of diverse scales • Spearheaded efforts to develop functional reporting for the PNCs to use data analysis and metrics to have consultative conversations on changing Provider Community behavior on claim submission, claim denials and claim appeals • Coordinated Re-contracting & outreach efforts to our Government Programs (Medicaid, Medicare, MMAI)
