• Direct and manage marketing and communication functions for law firm generating new client contacts, philanthropic reputation, brand identity, honing client/public perception and firm recognition. Accountability extends to marketing strategy, budget analysis and client growth rate. Assist in hiring and oversee office staff and collaborate with attorneys to implement day-to-day event calendaring responsibilities, develop print material, coordinate promotional conferences, training seminars and create materials for advertising goals.  Company liaison of external businesses (national legal sector software companies, prominent entertainment syndicates, publication businesses). Negotiate contract requirements and pricing by managing and leveraging vendor relationships.  Conceptualize, budget and coordinate firm’s digital marketing campaign, including website, app, social media and blogs.  Strategize SEO; improve and monitor performance through Google analytics.  Determine and/or assign, oversee and edit articles, blog posts and general content of legal interest aligned with firm’s objectives.  Spearheaded overhead budgeting system to improve expense tracking.  Cultivated excellent long-term relationships with clients.  Launched and executed numerous hugely successful events and training conferences tailored to clients, staff, and attorneys.  Established three additional statewide offices with the expansion from Sacramento, to include Ontario, Los Angeles, and Pleasanton.
