Directed all daily operational functions connected with managing an international law firm. Created job descriptions, conducted recruitment, interviews and background checks, extended employment offers, oversaw new employee on-boarding and training, benefit enrollment and yearly renewals, processed payroll, completed annual performance reviews and executed staffing terminations. Mentored, trained and engaged all levels of staff on client development and retention practices through the use of real-time case management/learning and development software systems. Monitored monthly reconciliation of A/R, A/P, SBA loans and bank statements conducted by outsourced accounting firm and supervised internal Bookkeeper and reviewed invoices generated and client payments received.
