Daily Duties at Coastal Services Nig Ltd Nigeria:
Centrally Co-ordinating and point of contact for Ships and regulatory authorities calling at the terminal, effectively executing the functions of a Port Agent for the firm who performs Port Agency roles for foreign ships calling at Nigerian Waters. Direct and oversee daily operations of the organization including orchestrating the berthing of Port Calls, liaising with other port users, and processing vital documents to ensure the successful berth vessel’s calling at terminal. Manage staff, monitoring environment to ensure the safe and proper execution of tasks. Participate in the hiring process, discipline and promote subordinates, authorize leave and overtime, and conduct performance reviews.
