Provided L2/RTA end-user support locally and at remote locations for hardware and software related issues. Provide LAN administration and support for Cisco Telepresence equipment. Provide Executive level support as needed. Strived at performance efficiency to meet contract SLA metrics Provided SME feedback and evaluations of programs and processes for effectiveness, while making recommendations for improvements directly impacting the client. Supervise desktop team members with daily tasks and queue management Screen, interview and train new technicians.
