Daily Duties at Compucom Inc. @ Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines:
Ensured a successful day to day operation of service queues for all onsite personnel while observing contractual service level agreements of 90% or better to meet SLA agreements to over 4500 users. L3 support to Help Desk Call agents at remote call center in Mexico City. Top level white glove end-user support to executive level both locally and at remote locations. Monitored working and deployment inventory levels for both local and remote sites, providing recommendation and reporting to client for procurement. Immersed in every step of the software / hardware deployment process – including beta testing, deployment schedules, next day support and documentation. Sustained the technical expertise for all onsite staff of applications, best practices, industry trends, and technologies thru ongoing training and long term career goals via CBT or offsite training providers / facilities Took leadership on project engagements while working directly with IT vendors and business function leaders. Interviewed candidates as needed thru staffing agencies for special deployment and/or large projects.
