Daily Duties at Gulliver Schools:
Review and coordination of over 500 service/repair request received by Help Desk monthly. Support technical team (L1/L2) with daily break/fix and roll-out projects. Design/plan/coordinate support teams with Windows and Network administrators such as WSUS updates, wireless AP deployments and network appliances utilizing best practices and ITIL principles. Stage/configuration and deployment of laptops and desktop hardware utilizing MDT and Symantec Ghost was inefficient, initiated the positioning of SCCM to replace the distribution of image / catalog software. Build vendor relationships with mobility provider, audio\visual contractor and printing services driving efficiency and cost reduction. Performance reporting of the technical team thru annual review and performance metrics while provide improvement feedback. Developed trusting relationships with user base strengthening IT customer service representation thru active communications and departmental super-user meetings
