Daily Duties at Cummins Engine Company:

• Provided technical writing to train new operators on production processes, quality improvements, and safety procedures • Trained new operators on safety procedures and made sure every process had safety procedures posted at the workstation • Provided training and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for each workstation • Managed Onan supply base unit in an acting manager capacity on various occasions • Assisted the North America Customer Support Team, and supported the Recon OEM customer base to improve our responsiveness to customers • Served as liaison between the company and the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) customer, understanding in-house customer support operations including order entry, receiving, order management, credits, and shipment discrepancy reconciliation • Responsible for maintaining targeted inventory levels of respective product line • Provide and receive continual updates from Forecast Analyst regarding sales trends • Perform customer/product line fill analyses • Maintain Company/Distributor relations and service, agreement through receiving and processing core applications, issuing core credit, and invoicing/reconciling general ledgers • Responsible for purchasing and account management for Onan
