Daily Duties at Olympus Surgical Technologies Of America:
• Responsible for establishing and controlling production schedules, to include placing and expediting orders from raw materials to finished goods inventory • Support cross functional teams in Supply Chain Management to maximize labor and material utilization during new product development and commercialization • Provide and receive continual updates from Forecast Analyst regarding sales trends • Manage the appropriate inventory level within the warehouse distribution center and supply channel of 2000 SKU’s • Analyze work flow and plan/schedule customer orders based on material availability and production capacity • Created/processed rework orders and process improvement orders while managing daily activities of production requirements • Work Closely with Engineering to identify process improvements
