• Supervised 25 Technical Support Engineers. Developed/Managed roles, responsibilities and support structure for the Global Wide Area Network Level 2/3 support group. Established policies, procedures, schedule and managed the group budget. Result: Improved problem resolution time by 20% and improved change management success by 30% • Prepared for Global Network Support’s first internal audit. Reviewed audit expectations with Subject Matter Experts and all team members to identify and correct potential areas of concern. Conducted a pre-audit exercise to ensure complete compliance. Result: Received a Good rating for this audit which exceeded ExxonMobil's normal audit rating of Satisfactory. • Coordinated several technical projects along with resources in US and abroad. Consolidated and standardized service offerings and centralized those offerings in the US. Result: Saved approximately $3.5 million over an 18-month period
