Daily Duties at Continental Ag:
I performed incoming inspection on at risk supplier product and final inspections on outgoing product before release to customers. I wrote incoming inspection plans per GD&T requirements and critical customer requirements for materials. I performed weekly dispositions on suspect product, collecting data and distributing to the necessary audience. I maintained a calibration program which included selection and price negotiation of vendors, as well as scheduling and coordination of equipment in need of calibration. Through the use of 8D, 5 whys, and other lean tools, I led production teams in problem solving activities.
