Daily Duties at Duraline:
I am currently charged with developing all training programs around on boarding, safety, on the job and quality. When I started, there was no training program. I also serve as the backup for EHS and adviser to the quality manager on document control and all things required for ISO and OSHA certifications. I created the tracking of all employee training to ensure each stays current to the requirements I have established with the input of department managers, based on guidelines set by the parent corp, Mexichem, and report out monthly on status of training hours met per employee.
