Daily Duties at Control Chief Corporation:
Oversaw financial and administrative operations for the company, including reporting, budget and forecast development, strategic planning, accounting, taxation, production costing, inventory valuation, corporate insurance, shareholder communications, and human resources. Worked closely with the Legal department on litigation and contractual matters. Managed relationships with financial institutions. Provided project assistance to IT, Production, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing departments as needed. Supported the President/CEO in all operational matters.
