Covering Mississippi, Memphis and Western TN, North Louisiana and Eastern Arkansas areas  Competitively, lead teams of 9 to 11 sales representatives. o Volunteered to concurrently coach another district for 3 months until another DM was hired  New Orleans District (August 2005 – December 2005)  New Orleans District (December 2013-- March 2014)  Shreveport District (December 2014 – March 2015)  Consistently earns National Sales Awards -- 5 of 9 years. o Annually developed Pull Through Strategies with Managed Markets and Marketing Departments  Demonstrates and provides coaching, direction & knowledge to increase the prescribing of DSI's Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Diabetes, Pain Management, Anti-Coagulation, Immunology as well as Ear, Nose & Throat.  Sets and holds team to “High Expectations” to consistently exceed sales goals.
