Daily Duties at Audi And Volkswagen:
· Implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the Internet Manager to create a client base for car sales. · Conduct quick response to client requests by phone and internet. · Interview clients to determine the best match for their needs. · Track inventory onsite, in transit, and other dealerships for new and used vehicles. · Obtain product knowledge by participating in training offsite, onsite, and on the internet. · Negotiate and close sale of a vehicle to the optimum satisfaction of client and dealership. · Collaborate with managers, sales team, detail team, service team, and the finance department. · Achieve a ranking for sales associates in the western region of #8 for sales and 98th percentile for customer service.
