Daily Duties at San Diego Office Of The City Attorney:
· Investigate case files to identify all victims of crimes. · Generate letters notifying victims of their rights to restitution. · Assist in case preparations for hearings. · Cross-check claims with evidentiary documentation. Identify additional documents/evidence needed from victims. · Contact victims via phone and/or email with questions regarding additional evidence of their claims and to notify them of their upcoming hearing date and time. · Communications with the San Diego Police Department.
