Led day-to-day operations of five branch offices with 750 employees, managing the 24hour operations center with a team of 6 employees. Managed the supporting fleet of over 60 vehicles for patrol division and all equipment for the guard division. Responsible for all key personnel, budgeting, and technology decisions.
