Daily Duties at Ibm :
Renovated the Configuration Management at client location. Audited, identified, and eliminated obsolete policies and procedures. Automated processing. Closed a loophole in the software-configuration management process that previously allowed applications programmers to run untested software against production databases and files. Prepared the shop for migration to Endevor, created software training courses, authored user manuals, and trained 100+ employees to use Endevor (saving thousands in training costs). Reduced review time of new batch-production jobs from 210 days to less than 10 without increasing staff or decreasing availability. Served as Technical Lead on COBOL upgrades.
