Daily Duties at Du Pont Qualicon Diagnostics :
Created, Developed, performed, updated and improved quality control procedures for current and new commercial products. Created testing plans Identified, documented and tracked corrective and preventive actions to closure Troubleshoot failures and identified root causes when products do not conform to standards. Scheduled and coordinated calibration and verification of equipment. Ensured adherence to all quality management systems including ISO 9001 and AFNOR in alignment with DuPont’s Quality Policy and procedures. Performed internal audits of our manufacturing and R&D facility to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Trained quality control specialists and manufacturing technicians on lab procedures. Collaborated cross-functionally with R&D, customer support, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality control needs are met. Monitored process performance and established tolerances for products. Improved manufacturing efficiency of products. Monitored and analyzed key performance indications (KPIs) and metrics to detect trends in an effort to improve operation efficiency. Recognized as subject matter expert and resource for HPLC and analytical needs.
