Delivery of over $230M of luxury housing per year from among four (4) area developments. Budgetary controls of over $108M in site improvements and over $35M in soft development costs. Oversee large scale land development up to 665 acres, including golf course construction. Manage staff of 35-40 personnel in multiple communities. Direct sales and marketing, advertising, purchasing, options, housing construction, payables and warranty service. Review, negotiate, approve and execute homebuyer Purchase & Sale Agreements. Serve as President on multiple HOA boards. Provide team support in due diligence on new projects. Created community activist group to support governmental approval of new development. Direct new community startups, including; oversight of budget establishment, final map, engineering, architecture, DRE processing and production of marketing collateral materials. Established regional satellite office in order to consolidate land acquisition, land development and project management teams.
