Worked collaboratively with Executive Team, plus (5) other Regional VP's to bring sales perspective to company decisions and planning activities while ensuring timely and effective delivery to national representatives. • Initiated a first-to-market western U.S. territory growth plan. • 1st year, hired (7) Independent Contractors to expand market-share and drive revenue in seven western states o Generated $12 million in new revenue o Contributed over $2.4 million to hospital foundations Simultaneously operated an independently owned fundraising sole proprietorship working exclusively with hospital foundations, healthcare systems, and volunteer auxiliaries in eleven western states to execute onsite fundraising events.
