Daily Duties at Collective Goods:
Promoted to recruit, contract, manage, mentor and inspire a team of (23) Community Fundraising Partners (Sales Representatives) performing onsite fundraising events at large urban health care systems, regional medical centers, community hospitals, senior retirement & assisted living care centers, government facilities, large corporations, and small businesses for nineteen western & Midwestern states (AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, KA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA and WY). Simultaneously managed and coached a (4) person Inside Sales and Account Management Team. Consulted and allocated weekly inventory orders for (45) national Sales Rep's, while also operating as the regional customer success manager and client satisfaction liaison. • Facilitated business development, marketing strategy, social media engagement, and client retention workshops at national conferences. • Created an Ultimate Territory Plan to increase market penetration. o Contracted (9) new Fundraising Partners o Acquired (125) new corporate accounts o Increased territory revenue by 25% o Exceeded regional sales and fundraising objectives Skills: Servant Sales, Leadership, Business Development, Coaching, Team Building and Project Management, Social Networking, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneur, Advertising, Recruiting
