Support partner in trial work, complex commercial litigation. Also, support associates in Corporate and Litigation practice areas: joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities offerings. Transcribing tapes; client contact, telephone conferences, expense reports, time entry and other miscellaneous duties; overtime.
