Docketing of all certificates of registration and reporting letters; C&D letters to counterfeiters and infringers on-line and brick and mortar; filing of oppositions and other proceeding documents with the TTAB; foreign counsel billing and processing re: trademark investigations and enforcement; some litigation, electronic filing of court documents SDNY; knowledge of PACER and USPTO.gov websites; attorney time entry; billing via Elite; expense reports and third party invoices via Chrome River; various intra-office databases; heavy calendaring and travel arrangements; overtime.
