As SVP, Risk Analysis Senior Manager, fulfilled a critical role managing the compilation, governance, and stewardship of data from multiple sources to formulate risk models. A demonstrated record of success and achievement at this multinational banking and financial services corporation, marked by a promotion to a role of increased influence, authority, and responsibility. • Engaged in the development of predictive models and Monte Carlo simulations used in risk assessment and mitigation. Leveraged the use of Moody’s RiskFrontier, leading portfolio management and economic capital solution, to build baseline and stress testing scenarios for commercial and retail portfolios. • Led an Agile project that defined and addressed the data, technology, and software requirements of RiskFrontier; this allowed for the simulation of losses on commercial and retail loan portfolios more effectively, leading to a reduction in the process from three weeks to three days. • Established risk models incorporating the probability of default, loss given default, exposure at default, VaR, and CVaR; collaborated with an investigative team to extract revenue and expense data from authorized data sources.
