07/2014 to 01/2015 Contract Underwriter through Nelson Staffing – assigned to Fremont Bank. Prior year as an original team member for the Purchase Only Transaction Team - combo 1st and 2nds. Use of both agency automated underwriting systems: Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector. Manual underwrite of Portfolio products including HELOCs
