Led and managed the R & D, regulatory and commercial teams of over 150 participants to develop and commercialize nearly 30 major insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, miticides, nematicides, and spray adjuvants for agricultural and non-crop segments. Supported international scientific communities with regional and global projects relating to good agricultural practices, and played a key role in licensing & building the business of AgroFresh Inc., a startup that included 60 specialists and global sales of over $800M in the post-harvest produce market segment. Transitioned to TyraTech Inc. to manage the company’s international business development initiatives after the Agricultural business was sold to a multinational company.
