Daily Duties at West Branch Susquehanna Builders Association:

Marketing and Development: - Competitive market analysis; organizational, consumer, and market research to assess product offerings and market positioning. - Execute strategic marketing plan; refocused organization’s offering and brand to client-facing member-centric initiatives. - Restructured internal environment and collaterals to advance initiatives for revenue generation and membership growth, commanding the design, implementation, launch and management of new website and centralized association management database tooled for client-side B2B and B2C marketing, networking, and customer relationship management; Streamlined/updated revenue capture capabilities; Updated competitive brand with professional logo and slogan, designed / redesigned collaterals. - Reintroduce organization’s competitive brand and offerings executing cross-channel marketing, promotional, public relations, sales and communications initiatives to Continuously reviewed costs and effectiveness of initiatives and translated results against budget. Chief Administrative Officer: - Managed operations; member management, accounts receivable, payable, invoicing; contracts, board reports; assist with budget. - Managed chapter’s local, state and national activities; ensured accordance with local state and national reporting and regulatory requirements including financial and accounting, political, federal, state and local. - Risk assessment and asset protection, secured required subscriptions, updates, securities and compliance; reviewed and implemented policies for execution of best practices across all operations and initiatives. Event Coordination: - Directed primary fundraising and member support activities including Central PA’s premier Regional Home Show, Annual Membership Holiday Gala, Annual Membership Picnic and Annual Golf Tournament. - Directed the design and implementation of all marketing and public relations materials, flight schedules and messaging including radio, direct mail, newspaper, billboards, giveaways, contest, marketing surveys, fund raisers/raffles, social media. - Coordinated with external local governing agencies and representatives including all elected state, county and local officials and representatives, community and institutional leaders; facilitated permitting and contracts as required. - Directed volunteers, vendors, operations; secure all supplies and ensure timely execution of all phases of events. Public Relations and Communications: - Social responsibility initiatives; partnered with local charitable/educational initiatives. Engage public figures and officials. - Communications, press releases; created and published 22-page monthly newsletter for print, email and web.
