Wrote ERP,EEP for staff and 3 party workers, preformed Audits on every company involved in construction of 6 gen drill ships. Monitored training of all personal & fitness for work. Held tool box talks, safety meetings with management and superiors, acted as point of contact with 3 party personal and SHI management • Responsibilities included performing inspections of lifting eyes/rigs, coordination of bridging documents, promoting proper use of PPE and conducting training on drilling. • Maintained adherence to API, ABS, BSEE, USCG, BOMAR rules and regulations
