Daily Duties at Elite Infrastructure:

Responsible for managing the company's business, providing technical oversight and project leadership for major (Pipeline, drilling, OG&C, SWD & Commercial) work. Lead and develop the industrial construction and technical resources necessary for the company to successfully develop and execute major projects on time and on a budget as well as support the operation of its assets safely and efficiently. Oversee design team, schedule & budget team, QA & QC and HSE. In addition to monitoring the daily functions, I assist in developing and driving continuous process improvement across the department. Oversee and provide strategic direction of company’s growth, support and mentoring. Plan and manage company Capex & Opex budget. • Develop and coordinate internal resource plans • Evaluate, review and approve new subcontractor • Strategic planning and goal-setting • Plan, direct and coordinate operations • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis • Provide daily operations oversight to teams leaders • Lead the development of client program opportunities and staffing plans. • Assist the President with the development of the strategic direction of the organization. • Enhance Business Development with existing and new client • Provide annual financial forecasts for program work • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations • Report to the President and CEO
