Daily Duties at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (Sgt):
• Responsible for the establishment and administration of all business management activities of the Houston office including financial reporting (government and corporate), business processes and procedures, time keeping and cost collection system establishment, contracting and subcontracting management, variance analysis and reporting, task order pricing, audit support. • Advised senior SGT management on financial performance, trends, variance analysis and financial projections. Primary interface to the NASA Contracting Office and the NASA Financial Resource Office. Supported new business activities including analysis of new business opportunities and bid/no bid decisions.
