Developed and managed the Operations budget covering high SKU, medium volume aerosol and liquid production plants, procurement, shipping for multiple plant sites, change management leader to bring about culture change. Implemented lean management into all phases of the operation. Developed the capital projects program, and oversaw all regulatory programs.
